COVID-19 Updates

Updated Premier Pool Management Statement
March 29, 2020
Working with the National Swimming Pool Foundation we have been recently approved to teach the CPO course in a 100% online format during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Due to governmental restrictions on gathering people in a group setting, we have changed the April classes below to be 100% ONLINE.  All registered participants have been notified of their options.  These classes are still open for new registrations.  For more specific information on the online class options, feel free to give us a call, and we will be updating our FAQ's page soon as well.

Updated Premier Pool Management Statement
March 22, 2020
The governors of many states have issued orders for the general public to shelter in place.  New states are adopting similar measures every day to fight COVID-19.  In order to do our part to keep customers, staff, and the general public safe during this ordeal, we have postponed several March CPO courses.  For upcoming April and May courses, we will evaluate this ever-changing situation 2 days prior to each course and email all participants with course status.  We will always keep the class status page (below) updated as well.  We ask that you please assume your course is a "go" until/unless you hear otherwise from us.  As always, if you are not comfortable attending a course, we will be happy to work with you to find options that may work better for you.  If you have questions, please call or email us.  And, please stay healthy!!!  ~PPM

A message about COVID-19
March 14, 2020
The health and safety of our customers and staff are of the utmost priority to us. We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation which is changing day to day. We understand that in many jurisdictions the CPO certification is legally required for your business to open. Our instructors have all voiced their commitment to continue to do their best to meet the training and certification needs of the communities and participants we serve.
We have made some recent adjustments to our overall schedule (listed below), but most upcoming CPO classes are still scheduled to take place at this time.  As the impact of this pandemic becomes better understood, we will continue to evaluate the situation and will communicate any schedule changes to those impacted via email and we will also post those changes on this page.

Additionally, for all immediately upcoming classes, we will be:
  • limiting class sizes to a maximum size of 5-10 participants to allow participants to better spread out in the classroom.
  • working in collaboration with our hotel and classroom location partners to ensure that all classrooms are wiped down with anti-viral cleaner before all classes.
  • providing hand sanitizer for participants use in the classroom.
  • asking that participants please help us prevent the spread of illness and reschedule your attendance if you are sick or have been in prolonged immediate contact with someone who is sick.
Please rest assured that if you do not feel comfortable in attending a course, you always have the option to transfer your registration to any future Premier Pool Management CPO course with no penalties. Simply send us an email to info@premierpoolmanagement.com.  A list of current class options can be found here.  Once the impact and scale of COVID-19 are better known, we expect to add additional certification opportunities to help those who were negatively impacted by this event and couldn't attend.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding during these unique times. We sincerely wish you and your family a very healthy next couple weeks. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Premier Pool Management LLC
