There are several different class formats that will lead to a CPO certification.  In 99% of situations, these formats all result in the exact same full CPO certification. 

 

1) FUSION ONLINE & ZOOM VIRTUAL COMBO COURSE (100% VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE)

• This format was approved by the PHTA during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• We have certified well over 1000 CPO candidates using this format since COVID hit in March of 2020. 
• 8 hours of self-paced online learning (videos and short quizzes) that the participant completes on their own time and when their schedule allows.
• Followed by a 1-day class in a "virtual" classroom using Zoom online meeting software to connect with and listen to a live instructor.  
• The 8 hours of online work must be completed prior to the 1-day Zoom virtual session.
• We specialize in teaching this format to students across the county.

2) FUSION ONLINE & IN-PERSON COMBO COURSE

• 8 hours of self-paced online learning (videos and short quizzes) that the participant completes on their own time and when their schedule allows.
• Followed by a 1-day in-person classroom session listening to a live instructor.
• The 8 hours of online work is required before the 1-day classroom session. 
• We specialize in teaching this format and have certified thousands of participants across the country, however during COVID-19, we are finding that most people prefer the 100% online option above to avoid the need to be in a physical classroom with others. 
• Many of our in-person classes have been transitioned into the 100% online format above.

3) TRADITIONAL IN-PERSON 2-DAY COURSE

• 2 full in-person days in a classroom
• No online work required before the course
• We only teach this format for a private group, at their request

4) TRADITIONAL ZOOM 2-DAY COURSE

• 2 full days listening to a live instructor in a "virtual" classroom using Zoom online meeting software
• No online work required before the course
• We only teach this format for a private group, at their request 

 

All classes cover the exact same content and yield the exact same certification.  All formats review your local state regulations and include the CPO certification exam and provide a 5 year certification, with one small exception for our Massachusetts customers (option #1 & #2 provide a 3-year cert in MA instead of 5 years).
